The 家庭教育权利 and Privacy Act of 1974 as amended (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. 教育部.

Degree check sheets outlining your plan of study are available from your academic adviser. Final 学位 checks will be performed after pre-enrollment, and prior to the beginning of the last semester before graduation by the 注册商. Academic advisers will be notified by the 注册商 of any problems.

An application to graduate should be made immediately following the beginning of the student's last semester.

Note: Courses cannot be added after the first week of classes. A course may be dropped through the 10th week of classes. 看到 校历 为学期特定日期. 

A student wishing to withdraw from all Eastern courses must initiate withdrawal procedures no later than the 10th week of the semester. Complete a Total Withdraw Form and return it 注册官办公室.

Ordering Official Electronic PDF 成绩单

亚虎娱乐 has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide official electronic transcripts in PDF format. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

• To order an official transcript(s) in PDF format, login to the 国家学生信息中心网站.
• The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A processing fee will be charged per recipient.
• You will be notified if you have a transcript Hold.
• PDF transcripts are sent the same day they are ordered.

Ordering Official Printed 成绩单 Online

Ordering Printed 成绩单 through the 注册商’s Office

If you are requesting your transcript be sent as soon as possible, standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days. If you are requesting your transcript be held until current 成绩 are posted, standard processing time is 10-14 days after the end of the term. If you are requesting your transcript be held until 学位s are posted, standard processing time is 2-3 weeks after the end of the term.
